In case client brings you dead phone.
You can restore backup from one phone (working) into another (bricked).
Use "Upgrade firmware" button:

Did you try to flash any handset already?

There was a bug in 1.08.02 version.
Download the latest version 1.08.03 and write firmware once again.

@ wynasoft1,

You can read Calibration backup from the working phone to be able to restore it to the broken one.
Detailed manual on the Calibration backup operation available at the official web site in the MTK manual section.

Best Regards

Power the phone ON, then power it OFF. And repeat the procedure (Restore calibration data) once again. Double check "Restore Calibration Backup" manual.
