Please perform following operations:
  1. Read phone backup from the phone with the latest software version
  2. Upload backup copy along with the log file and problem description to any file sharing web site and PM it to me.
    Alternatively you can send backup copy to support[at]sigmakey.com

New Sigma Software v1.09 was just released.
Try performing Repair IMEI operation with it, issue you were dealing with suppose to be resolved.
Don't forget to post report after operation will be performed.

P.S. Update your Sigma Software to version 1.09 and SigmaKey firmware version to 1.11.

New version of Sigma Software v1.09.01 was released.
With this release we've added full support for EX116 & EX139.
In order to Repair IMEI of EX139, just perform these easy few steps:
  1. Download and install Sigma Software v1.09.01
  2. Perform Repair IMEI operation according to the manual
  3. Post report

  1. Flash the handset with the first backup copy that was read from it
  2. Power it on
  3. Type *#06#
  4. Make a photo of what is signed at the screen of the phone
  5. Upload it here.

According to the provided information Sigma Software can not detect second IMEI number, due to this issue it can not be repaired. To be able to solve this issue and develop solution for this handset, we need the phone itself.
Please send this set to us.

The Ex139 not repairing imei 2, he writes in the same Imei chip1 and chip2 the sigmakey not support this function or the ex139 is a bug in the program
