XT300 Missing Response from Phone...help - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I try to connect XT300 as I see in the video and Manual but I get this error.
¨Missing Response From Phone¨

have you read the manual? have you logged the qualcomm tab (upper left corner)?

Hi,
Do you read my post ? I told that I read the manual and see the video but when the sw run with and Android phone detected (XT300) get this message.

Okay, Have you selected "Motorola USB Diagnostic port"?

Give the log from Sigma.

Hi,
Just received my sigma box yesterday and already unlocked this Motorola Xt300 .I have got the same problem first(it is the phone driver installation problem). But to solve it, go to qualmcom tab
1/ let the phone install the driver when connecting it to the computer (driver load itself from the phone and ask to be installed on the computer;
2/ After that the computer recognize your phone , sigma key too (or click connect Android phone in sigma software
3/Click direct unlock and you are done

I check the drivers when receive other XT300 and test in the same pc.
