FACTORY MODE: Repair bricked Huawei device using board software

Use this guide only for cases, when phone is software bricked and doesn’t show any devices while connected to PC, or shows HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 device (VID12D1 PID3609).
• Factory flash files: boot-loader.com -> downloads -> Sigma -> Huawei -> Factory Flash files.
• Drivers for device HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 (in the "FACTORY MODE" manual)

STEP 0
Device has to be set to FACTORY mode. It should be detected as HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 in the System. In some cases Testpoint has to be used to force the device to FACTORY mode.

STEP 1
Repair the device using Board Software file (*.skf format) taken from boot-loader flash file area.

just that after sending loader, and then connecting..
two options - that p8 lite is hard bricked / hardware,
or your solution is not working correctly ?

magically, after manual reboot vol- + power = i've got fastboot mode!!!
flashing now with update.app...........

This means that for some reasons Sigma didn't detect fastboot port.
In such cases you need to select it manually and repeat the action with the factory firmware.

I flash well
the cell phone
but when I flash with the original rom, the cell phone leaves the image like an old TV.
TP works perfect, for those who do not connect them as Huawei USB COM 1.0, although fastboot also flashes, excellent with the repair file

Did you repair WIFI and Bluetooth also?

Try using another firmware. It is possible that your phone's hardware doesn't support this type of flash file

yes, use many

I was able to flash only the system.
the cell phone turns on well, but does not pick up a signal.

if I flash with the normal flash it looks like a clock

@ cellcarcol,

In order to fully restore phone you need to flash it with full phone firmware, not only System partition.

if I use the complete firmware, it looks like a clock (an image I posted earlier) and then it does not happen, it does not do anything

More likely that the oem zone was flashed.
To restore phone's network it is required to flash oem zone from the phone that detects network properly.
After that perform IMEI Repair operation and Direct Unlock

As it is stated in the manual:

Phone stays in bootloop and don't enter fastboot mode. It gets error no 14 and opens error mode and restarts endlessly. None of key combinations work. How to flash it? Its hardbricked already.
