I have an mtm zte s518 from zambia how can i unlock it. Because i have sigma box but i'm faililng to unlock it. which platform and cable do you use

First of all please post here log file from the operations you've tried to perform.

Double check Direct Unlock manual and perform unlock operation according to it.
In case if any error appears, post here log file.

Direct Unlock Manual

Connect SigmaBox / SigmaKey Dongle to PC USB port and launch SigmaKey Software
Go to "Unlock" tab
Connect* turned off phone to PC
Select an appropriate COM port in SigmaKey Software (usually the highest number)
Press "Unlock" button and follow the instructions in the log window
Press and hold "Power ON" button on the phone
As soon as SigmaKey shows an appropriate message in the log window, release "Power ON" button
The message "Unlock done… OK" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
Disconnect the handset
Phone is unlocked *

* MTK models have to be connected to PC COM port via original COM data cable or any COM port emulator. If you are SigmaBox owner, connect phone to PC via SigmaBox.
