HI
i have this ftdi adaptor
FTDI Adaptor by GPGindustries!

the ftdi works fine with smarmoto software but with sigmakey never has worked.

is possible to use the ftdi from gpg with sigmakey?

@ fermetal,

The phone suppose to be detected without any issues. Please update your SigmaKey software and dongle to the latest versions and try once again.

Just a thought - try to install recommended FTDI drivers

@ ktienda,

What FTDI drivers are installed at your PC?
Post here screenshot from the software, it would spread some light at the issue you're dealing with.
