ZTE Blade G (Telenor Serbia) has been officially added to the list of supported phone models with the Sigma Software v1.26.01.
You're welcome to test new solution from Sigma team and post results in this thread.

Please sign how exactly have you connected phone to PC.
Have you connected it exactly as it is stated in the manual?

Also, please post here screenshots of the VID & PID details of the ZTE Handset Diagnostic Interface. this information available from the Device Manager.

@ kostadin82,

According to the provided data it seems that the phone is connected in a wrong mode.
Phone suppose to be connected to PC in the Download mode.

Also, please post here what is signed at the screen of the phone when you connect it to PC.

Sorry I didn't answer earlier, but unfortunately I don't have log anymore...was in a hurry to unlock it and forgot to post it...if it's saved somewhere by default I'll be more than glad to post it...
