Or can sigma key read fullflash from MTK to clear BIN and after can write BIN file to phone to can translate in other software fullflash readed with sigma key ? Most important are Alcatel and china phone for me.

wgmmmx1, Don't you have SigmaKey yet? If you do have this tool, why do you still make custom (modded) firmware files for Alcatel phones?

Man in boot-loader lots firmware missing for alcatel with polish lang example : OT808, OT355, OT606 etc. Then if you not have this dongle don't tell me that all is on sigmakey ftp becosue I got dongle but firmware database is low for alcatel.

Especially for you I've just log in to boot-loader and found such flash files:
808X-2AALPL1_15r_XQ15AS41... - file with Polish for OT-808
355X-2EALPL1_46X_XI46ASC0... - file with Polish for OT-355

That files were located at the support from 15.09.2011

Look what I have found:

All these models have Polish language packs.
But keep in mind that Polish language isn't available for all existing Alcatel models.

I know I too search bootloader today becosue I need polish for OT585 and OT665.
About your list is bad becsoue for OT203 you will not find polish lang only you will see it for OT203E and this is not same model and the same is on lots other model on your list(OT223, OT250, OT252, OT355 etc !!).

Of course there is some distinction between these two models: OT203 and OT203E (by the way, did you try to flash firmware from OT-203 to OT-203E? Sometimes this cross-flashing works with some models)
I just wanted to tell you that Polish language does exist (released by Alcatel) for many Alcatel models. But not for all of them.
