have xt 320 for unlock but no active nothing and too this
SigmaKey 1.27.02 Qcom: Direct unlock
Motorola USB Diagnostic Port (COM20), Provider: Motorola, Driver ver.: 4.8.2.0, Date: 07/11/2011
Error writing to serial port

cant unlock any phone qualcom always say same error writing to serial port

Try connecting phone to other USB port(s).

@ jmr,

Connect phone directly to PC USB port, avoiding any kind of HUB and run unlock operation once again.
An issue you're dealing with suppose to be solved.

good thanks for responding but not use any hub I have connected it directly to my laptop port and all ports I have the same problem last win 7 32 bit

if someone can help me team viewer

New Sigma Software has been released.
Please perform following operations:

Download and install Sigma Software v1.28.00
Run Unlock operation for your phone once again
During unlock operation Sigma Software will save SigmaKey.rpt file
File suppose to be saved to X:\Documents and Settings\ <user> \My Documents\SigmaKey\temporary backup file folder of the PC
Upload log file along with the SigmaKey.rpt file to any file sharing web site and post link for it here
