Please perform following operations:

Update your SigmaKey to the latest version v1.10
Update Sigma Software to the latest version v1.08.06
Read phone backup from this handset
Upload backup copy read from this phone along with the log file to any file sharing web site and PM link for it to me.
Alternatively send backup copy with the log file to support[at]sigmakey.com

Great, i will read backup for Motorola WX 396, and upload so you can get it, and i will read back up of two phones Infinity "supports" but doesn't AZUMI F1. I try to unlock with Sigma too, it says "Unlocked" but still locked, can't be full reset, don't ask even a code when put another sim not original... and finally... it says reading unlock codes, but never read the codes (altought they are not usefull cause phone never ask for it).

Thank you a lot tomorrow you will got the 2 flash backup.

Oh.. i got 2 azumi mobile phones hope you are first world with this mobile phone.

As far as I see, Sigma team is looking for this phone to buy and to develop unlock solution for it.

Also you can check if it's possible for you to get and send other MTK models from the list, like Blu Q200, zonda e510 etc.

Yes they are, but those mobile phones are selled in Chile, and i'm fair away from there... I've two from 2 clients that bring these wheen go there. They just wanna unlocked mobile phones, no sell them.

Of course if i got any chance to sell them for sure i will do it!

For about W396, try performing Restore IMEI operation with the latest SigmaKey software (version 1.08.06) and run Repair IMEI operation once again.
After that post results along with the log file here, please.

Regarding the Azumi handsets, try to purchase one to send it to us, please.

New Sigma Software v1.09 was just released.
Try to perform following operations:

Download and install Sigma Software v 1.09
Update your SigmaKey to the latest version (v1.11)
Perform Repair IMEI operation once again

After all steps will be completed, please post results along with the full log file here.
