Please upload temporary backup red rom this phone to any filesharing web site and post link for it in a current thread. Alternatively send it to [email protected]

After that repeat operation once again and accept Repair security area request and complete IMEI Repair operation.

The NVram partition is erased before the contact with Sigma. That is why IMEI can't be repaired.
