How to connect properly alcatel 4044w - GSM-Forum

Dear supporter i got few qty of alcatel 4044w for unlock ,, i tired to do with sigma ,,driver installed ,,,but as i click UNLOCK ,,com becomes disapear from device manager ,,,and cant complete job ,,here is screen shoot -:

Anybody can help me where do am i mistaking ?

I hope anyone of PS of this section will reply me ,,to enable afix this issue...

@ aminnovelty,

In most cases such an issue appears due to faulty drivers.
Try to re-install drivers and repeat unlock operation.
Current phone model is getting serviced via Diagnostic port.

I try to dial particular command to enable diag port ,,,but after dailing ,,no result.
