1. i selected Qcom platform
2. Service
3. put phone in FTM mode (vol down + power )
4. Remove frp but say Removing FRP lock...Failed

Turn the phone OFF
Connect your phone to PC with USB cable

@ destyni,

According to the log file you have posted Remove FRP operation is getting performed improper. Current phone model requires to be serviced via Diag port
Double check manual and repeat operation according to it.

1. press volume down and power to go to the download mode

2. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software

3. Go to "Service" tab

4. connect the phone and select the port zte handset

5. press Remove FRP
