@ edisonsuen,

Perform Direct Unlock operation according to the manual for the MT657X-MT658X based phone models in case you don't have Pack1 enabled.
In case you have activated Pack1 it can be unlocked via Yoda method.

Best Regards
GSMServer team

@ konaku,

We haven't tested this phone via generic method (because we don't physically have this phone in our hands. Unlock for it was firstly tested remotely with our user from Arabian Emirates and he have used Yoda's method of unlocking).
But it should potentially be supported by generic way of unlocking MT657X-MT658X based phones.
Try it and post result in a current thread.

Best Regards
GSMServer team

@ konaku,

Try running Direct Unlock operation according to this manual:
Quote:
Direct Unlock
  1. Select "MTK" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
  2. Go to "Unlock" tab
  3. Turn the phone off
  4. Connect turned off phone to PC with USB cable
  5. Install drivers for all devices that will appear in the system; reconnect the smartphone
  6. Important: use drivers from Sigma Support Area only!
  7. Select Android Gadget VCOM in the ports selection tab
  8. Press "Direct Unlock" button
  9. Message "Unlocking phone... Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
  10. Disconnect the handset. Remove and reinstall the battery
Also, please post here screenshot of the device manager when the phone is connected to PC.

Best Regards
GSMServer team
