hi all
i have a moto e5 t mobile and i try unlock with the procedure for verizon but after procedure complete without problems the phone remain locked
every time after power on appear on the screen
this device can be remotly unlocked if eligible. please use the device unlock application to unlock the device make sure the device has an internet connectivity to use the device unlock application

More likely that the phone you have has latest security patches installed.
In case Motorola E5 Play has latest security version installed, it can not be unlocked, at the moment.

now with the last update i receive the unlock code but i can't insert them, how can i unlock with the code ?
