How to unlock zte z431 ?
 

dear supporter i have download zte driver from support and know trying to UNLOCK Z431 ,,,but could not ,,,anybody can guide me HOW TO UNLOCK ZTE Z431 ?

Direct Unlock

1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
2. "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
3. Go to "Unlock" tab
4. Power the phone ON
5. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
6. Install required ZTE handset USB driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time); in some cases drivers can be installed automatically
7. Select USB Modem port in the ports selection tab
8. Press "Unlock" button *
9. The message "Unlocking phone... Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
10. Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in Sigma dialog window; only after that you can turn the phone off

* In case of unknown firmware version detection, the software will suggest unlocking the phone using the heuristic method. Duding the extended heuristic method operation the phone will be restarted, so please wait till the process is completed. In the end of heuristic unlock mode procedure, please send the log file to our support.


** PC connection of the phone has to be set to USB (not Bluetooth)
In phone menu: Settings - Connections - PC connection - USB

Sir i am not looking for USER CODE but looking for NETWORK CODE ,,,still driver issue inspite to install all ZTE drivers which available on support ,,here is screen shoot -:

need for guidence to install proper driver ,,,or just inform me that where do i am mistaking.

Install these drivers. This setup of drivers was tested many times.

It just my bedluck and nothing else ,,,although i have followed all of ur given instruction as well install ZTE driver ,,,inspite of that its not showing in COM PORT ,,,,it means i am totaly fail to install ZTE driver ,,,,

anydoby know how to clean the drivers ,,,what i think ,,,i just want to clean all of installed drivers ,,and wanna to install from begining ,,,may be this can solve my problem ,,,,:confused:

Perform following steps:

• Power on phone
• Ensure that PC connection of the phone has to be set to USB
  In phone menu: Settings - Connections - PC connection - USB
• Connect Powered on phone to another USB port of the PC
• Install these drivers
• After that run unlock operation according to this manual

After installing drivers diagnostic port should appear. Have you tried using another usb-port?
