@ raintree,

In case you don't have SigmaKey dongle or SigmaBox, you won't be able to use Sigma Software and service any phone.

helllo sir... i just downloaded the sigma drivers, updater and sigma key software... is that enough to unlock my device to all networks? btw... it is smart locked....

Do you have SigmaKey dongle or box?
If yes, update your SigmaKey and after that run unlock operation according to this manual.
