after indicate done in software mobile automatic reset and frp still on.
as per software instruction reboot and retry also done.

not show frp is supported in help ..is it really not supported ?

ok , i will try .
but question remain same .
(old version sigma which is unable to use now ,i have seen successful post from old sigma) , new version not removing frp .

Did you press "Reboot to bootloader" via recovery menu?

The Y560-L02 is a specific phone, unlike the rest of the Huawei devices.
In this particular device, for some reason the commands did not work on your device.

On other hand, this model went smoothly in our office, here is the video proof.

There are also logs on the forum where there were no problems.
We need to have this phone in the office to understand why. Can you send it?
