no i need to repair imei i try many times errors ..........

Switch to IMEI tab, type your IMEI number and press "Repair IMEI" button.
Show the log afterwards.

actually i try to repair imei for Huawei H30-U10 with alot of roms but the result always is (root device first) and the same with Unlock also

you must Root your phone in order to unlock it. Have you tried to Root it using all available Rooting software (Kingo, VRoot, etc ...)?

When you work with Sigma software, phone screen is on ? Did you check if some MSG appear on it ?
