trying to downgrade with the help of guide from sigmakey site but this error is showing..

i have done it with selecting 7 files, but getting error..
do i need to use "enable downgrade" with flashing files or without files..?

if i select downgrade file from sigma free section.. it shows error..
phone version is C431.

and when i select another downgrade file from sigma free section, it shows another error..

Try downgrade file for 10 Android.

there is no downgrade file for android 10 for C431, only showing for android 9 in sigma free section..
can i use downgrade file of C636 or C185 android 10? because these are available in sigma free section.
