I wanted to unlock HUAWEI Y3II LUA-L01 android version 5.1 and is giving me this error below, please how will I get it unlocked?

Repeat unlock operation using Sigma Software v2.24.04 and post results in a current thread, please.
In case it won't help try to search for the firmware for this phone re-flash it and repeat unlock operation.
