I can not install Alcatel OT-4044N drivers, I have two PCs Win 7, Laptop with Win 10 and I can not install it, they can help me.

What an issue exactly you have?
Current phone suppose to be serviced according to the Service without rooting manual.

As I said I can not install the drivers.
Do not install in Win 7 and Win 10

in win 7 try to use the os in test mode and reinstall the drivers.

Remove the battery. Re insert it. Then plug in usb with phone off.
USB Diagnostics port will appear in the drop down menu...
