i cant find load fastboot from *.xml file


i need RNE-L21 load fastboot *.xml file
BUT I CANNOT FIND THIS FILE PLZ HELP ME.

Just select Kirin 65x in the right "HiSilicon" drop-down list.

Check drivers, cable, usb port. Charge and reconnect phone's battery. Use another PC in the worst case.
