I GOT THIS ERROR ALL THE TIME
AND UPDATE CARD NOT WORKING TOO
ANY SOLUTION?

S-Card: 6XXXXXXX Sigma dongle blank, v 0.00
Please ensure your Sigma dongle is connected properly

@ hamditheone,

Please perform following operations:

Locate logs folder at your PC
My Documents->SigmaKey->logs
Rar it
Send all of the log files in a rar archive to support[at]sigmakey.com

In order to be able to check what could go wrong and solve current issue developers team need to check all of the log files from operations performed by current SigmaKey.
