All you have to do is:
- install correct drivers from here
- change usb mode to Motorola Phone portal (as far as I see you can do that easy)
- power the phone off
- connect the usb cable
- turn it on and wait for it to fully starts up - important
- press "Connect Motorola Android phone"
- press "unlock"

@ florynel_gsm

Try to un-install drivers for your phone manually from PC. After that install drivers for your phone.

Show screenhot or full operational log from software and screenshot from device manager, were I can see how your phone is detected there and on what port is it connected. . It may spread some light on your issue.

Best Regards

Do you use the latest version of SigmaKey? 1.10 or higher.
What operating system do you use?

Make these actions

Quote:
- power the phone off
- connect the usb cable
- turn it on and wait for it to fully starts up
and give me screen-shot of your device manager.
What do you see in Network adapters?
