compucel.unlock, what is the history of your phone? Had it been flashed with some custom firmware before you tried to unlock it? What operator is it branded to?
I have just unlocked MB860 (at&t) with latest version of Sigma.

I don't get your English well enough, sorry. Please answer more specific:

You have the phone which was flashed from at&t to Telcel? Is that right?

OR

the phone was originally locked to Telcel and was not flashed at all?

  1. Install Motorola drivers (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
  2. Turn the phone Off
  3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
  4. Turn the phone on and wait for it to fully starts up
  5. Ensure that the phone is not connected in USB mass storage mode
  6. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
  7. Go to "Unlock" tab
  8. Press "Connect Motorola Android phone"
  9. Press "Unlock" button
  10. Message "Unlocking phone… Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
  11. Disconnect the handset
  12. Phone is unlocked

and here is the video

@ airchiew,

Such an issue may appear in case if operation was completed improper or drivers problem.
Try to reinstall drivers for the phone and run unlock operation exactly as it is written in the manual.

Best Regards
