when i connet the dongle and run the software getting this error

Looking for S-card .. not found. Please connect sigmakey

i change 3 PCs
installed drivers from support
searched forum and follows those steps too

but still getting same error

how can i use the sigma key ????

Maybe you have a empty dongle without a card. lolz

uninstall all smart card driver
install set up from C:\Program Files\GsmServer\SigmaKey\drivers\AU9540DrvPkg V1.7.26.0_WHQL

connect sigmakey / sigmabox

yes bro , done all these steps already
u can see in my first post that i mentioned this already that i searched forum already after facing this issue, and done all those steps.and problem still there after that

Please write an e-mail to support[at]sigmakey.com
In an e-mail attach screenshot with an error, specify serial number of the dongle and explain what problem you're dealing with.

sometime we need to readjust card well in tray so you can try. good luck.
be care full regarding warranty sticker if its present there.

its drivers problem
if you use windows 7 , try in windows xp
all will be ok

i have same problem with my sigma key, even i can update my sigma key but when i open software and connect sigma key this error i get

@ GsmDiamond,

Reinstall drivers from x:\Program Files\GsmServer\SigmaKey\drivers\ file folder of your PC and after that run software.
