Please help,bay new Sigma key bat not working,cant update sigma card cant serial number from card,instaled Arco micro card reader driver
when i connet the dongle and run the software getting this error

@ MOBINEC,

Reinstall drivers for the SigmaKey and run update operation once again.
Also, please ensure that no other dongle/box is connected to PC before running update operation.

Please make a screenshot of the error and mail it along with the serial number of your Sigma to support[at]sigmakey.com

Have you mailed screenshot along with the problem description and serial number of the dongle to support[at]sigmakey.com as it was mentioned in the previous post?

my problem is solve

for xp user only because I used it

first step

just go to my computer

explore,contol panel

Add or Remove programs

remove Alcor Micro Smart Reader Driver

after that

go to c:

program files

Gsm-Server

SigmaKey

driver

AU9540DrvPkg V1.726.0_WHQL

open it the install

setup

goodluck

Have you installed SigmaKey dongle drivers like shown in this post on video manual ? Can you, please, show to us what exactly error you are dealing with ?\
