Today i will format my laptop and then i will instal driver like shown on video manual.
Then i will post results ok

Sorry guys but i format laptop today, then instal Win Xp Home and i do everything from video tutorial and same problem:

This error is from Sigma Updater:

[ 2013-06-28 21:46:11 ] Error when connecting card in Alcor Micro USB Smart Card Reader 0
SmartCard API error $80100066
The smart card is not responding to a reset.

This error is from Sigma Key software:

SigmaKey 1.26.02
Looking for S-Card... Not found (card readers searched: 0 of 1)
Please connect SigmaKey dongle

This drive me nots. Its somthing wrong with drivers or key, can you connect with my laptop by team viewer?? I cant use key from last week, please help me because i give up.

I have the same issues when trying to install this on a winxp 32bit machine. Had a hard time installing it on a win7 32bit but support helped me thru teamviewer and we installed it fine but i need it on this winxp machine. Can anyone help me please?

Just reinstall drivers for your Sigma and try once again.
An issue you're dealing with will be solved.

Upload here screenshot, where I may see in what way you Sigma is detected in the device manager.

Re-connect SigmaKey to another USB port of the PC
Re-install drivers for SigmaKey
Run Sigma Software once again
