dc unlocker has it NXT-L09_NV_partitions_backup.dgtks

how to backup the partition try to root working phone
then backup these 3 partition with "Partitions Backup Restore":

- modemnvm_factory
- modemnvm_bakup
- modem_system

if no service : try all of them

modem_fw
modem_om
modem_secure
modemnvm_backup
modemnvm_factory
modemnvm_img
modemnvm_system
modemnvm_update

Alternative way: you can backup NV area from the working phone and write that partition into this one via recovery.

Little remark.
Your phone must have its own NV settings.
You can flash these settings from another phone, of course. But it won’t work properly.
In better case, non-native settings can affect your phone's operation. In worst case, it may affect your health.
I wouldn't recommend using such unit.

and how other product solve this problem ?

why support offer unbrick files if no service after recovering the phone ?
i don't think other product miss this if they offer nv partitions settings.

someone expert tell us what's the solution

When you unbrick the phone, no need to flash all files from the board firmware. Sigma skips flashing of NV areas by default.
NV partition settings are not universal.
