Zte z835 can be unlocked with sigmakey? - GSM-Forum

HI
I HAVE ZTE Z835 PHONE its locked to at&t us network there is a model listed in sigma software but when i connect the phone software didn't detect the phone ? i am using windows 10 and i have the unlock code was order online but when put non supported sim in the phone , phone doesn't prompt for the unlock code i have no idea why ?

show sigmakey logs please

i had same experience with other zte phone

try this

back up qcn and efs (other tool)
reset efs-imei turn zeros,put non att sim
enter code from online and you will see sim unlocked

if failed just wait for team to reply

@ tulipkhan,

ZTE Z835 phone model is currently supported for the FRP Remove operation, only.
Direct Unlock feature is not supported for current phone, at the moment.

As it is stated at the official SigmaKey web site, ZTE Z835 phone model is currently supported for the FRP Remove operation, only.
