How to solve BLN-L21 stuck at boot screen, i already flashed it with sigma without success.

What had happened to this phone?
Why you are trying to flash it?

Phone stuck at boot logo after upgrade to 7.0 with ota by customer.
i tryed all firmwares possible without sucess , too bad now this phone is returned to him.
