Is the Moto E4 Plus (XT1775) supported for SIM unlocking?

Hi, I saw that SigmaKey now supports Moto E 4 models for SIM unlocking and the image that pops up when I open the program lists the model "XT177X". My model that I need unlocked is the XT1775 which is locked to Consumer Cellular, but I have been unsuccessful in unlocking it.

Does anyone have a guide to unlocking this model or can let me know if it is not supported?

Thanks

What do you see on the phone when you power it on with the Sim card?

They all have the same standard screen that says:
"SIM network unlock PIN

@ BCcommunication,

Motorola XT1775 phone model is not officially supported, at the moment.
In order to check what phone models can be already serviced by SigmaKey and what operations are supported for them refer to this link.

Best Regards
