Moto E4 XT1766 Sprint - Invalid SIM - Failed unlock

Hi,

I am attempting to unlock this phone, but I am still receiving the "Invalid SIM card" error message even after Sigma says the operation was completed successfully.

I'm using an AT&T SIM card.

Any suggestions?

Was operation performed with the SIM card inserted or without it?
Take out SIM card from the phone and repeat unlock operation.

I've tried unlocking both with and without an active SIM card installed. I have several of these phones and none of them are unlocking. They all still say Invalid SIM after the operation is performed.

I just read through some other threads on this forum about unlocking Sprint Moto phones. It looks like other people are having the same problems. So I guess the Sigma Box can't really unlock these phones? I've tried unlocking several XT1766 all with different security dates, but none of them unlock the phone. Invalid SIM card error is still on the phones.

Please upload security / temporary backups read from this phone.
It will be transferred to developers team for an analyzing purposes.

None of the boxes unlock XT1766/XT1776 for use in USA, only for use outside usa. If you test the phone with a foreign sim, you will notice that it wont show invalid sim.

For Domestic unlock you need a different method, which I have. You can contact me in private for a deal.

Note: The Domestic unlock works only upto NCQS26.69-64-5 Build number
