@ michel.tissier,

Double check Direct Unlock manual and perform operation according for A956.
Quote:
Direct unlock
  1. Turn the phone on and wait for it to fully start up
  2. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
  3. Ensure that the phone is not connected in USB mass storage mode
  4. Install Motorola drivers (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
  5. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
  6. "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
  7. Go to "Unlock" tab
  8. Press "Connect Motorola Android phone"
  9. Select "Motorola USB Diagnostic Port" in the ports selection tab
  10. Press "Unlock" button
  11. Message "Unlocking phone… Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
  12. Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in Sigma dialog window; only after that you can turn the phone off
Best Regards

Testing in 2 diferents PC , with WINDOWS 7 AND XP.

Any other idea?

@ michel.tissier,

An issue you're dealing with appears because wrong port is getting selected.
Perform following operations:
  1. Uninstall Motorola Drivers
  2. Power off phone
  3. Connect it to PC
  4. Power On phone
  5. Wait until it fully starts up
  6. Ensure that phone is connected not in a Mass Storage mode
  7. Install all required drivers
  8. Run Direct Unlock operation according to the manual mentioned above

Best Regards
GSMServer team
