Still not responding The main problem is that it is not reading the codes, what are the possible causes and how we solve it or if it requires an update of your software

I have been trying for weeks to get motoe4 drivers diag mode working in Windows 10. Have not been able to, searched here and Google, watched the sigma key video instructions for Windows 7 in Russian. No luck. It was working before for a short time from some driver I installed from the internet, but Windows deleted it.

Please explain in more details what an issue exactly you are dealing with.

For Windows 10 disable drivers signature and install drivers after that.

@ fooladi_one & nelmaster_vc,

Please make sure that:

You use the latest version of Sigma software
Battery charged more than 50%
All the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed
Phone’s cable and device itself should not be disconnected or disturbed until the procedure is fully completed
Connect phone to USB port placed on the backside of PC (motherboard's USB port)
Do not connect or disconnect other USB cables into the PC during the actual work with the phone
Avoid using any kind of USB HUBs and long USB cables. Use the shortest-length USB cable available.
Phone has stock (factory) firmware version
SIM card is removed

After that repeat operation once again.
In case same issue appears, you can try to use this hint.

Is anybody using Windows 10 to unlock the Motoe4?
I have been trying to install the drivers on Windows 10 for the Motoe4 for weeks and have not been able to.
All the tutorials are for Windows 7. Do I need to downgrade my computer to Windows 7 to get the Motoe4 drivers to work? Motoe5 and Motog6 unlocking no problems with Windows 10. Maybe my solution is simply to install Windows 7?
