motorola ex119 error(HW CHECK FAIL)

how to solve this problem

i try by usb cable but not solve

how to connect.

Does this phone work fine off and on, or it shows this "HW CHECK FAIL" on display permanently?
Have you tried connecting it to Sigma to read it's info (make Read Codes operation)?
In addition to this, have you tried to reflash this phone?

1st way: this is the original flash file for EX119. Flash it using RSD or Scout Multiflasher.
2nd way: Read backup from the working phone and flash it to this one.

If that won't help, search for hardware issues with this device.

I got Motorola Ex119 Hardware check fail problam...It's there any solution ? If i turn on phone after Moto Logo it's showing on Display Hw check fail .

The most probable reason of it is that the phone says that there's some hardware issue with it.

HW CHECK FAIL problem is touch screen problem like model ex225 HW CHECK FAIL after change touch screen problem solve.
that is my own observation only..
