Motorola xt1609 unlock done with Sigmakey


Hi,
Trying to unlock Motorola XT1609 and facing following problem, pls help

@ NsNobel2,

Make sure that:
  • You use the latest version of Sigma software v.2.27.18
  • Battery is fully charged
  • All the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed
  • Phone’s cable and device itself should not be disconnected or disturbed until the procedure is fully completed
  • Connect phone to USB port placed on the backside of PC (motherboard's USB port)
  • Do not connect or disconnect other USB cables into the PC during the actual work with the phone
  • Avoid using any kind of USB HUBs and long USB cables. Use the shortest-length USB cable available.
  • Phone has stock (factory) firmware version
  • SIM card is removed
  • Repeat unlock operation

please we should try to understand that before unlocking this model successfully. its requires following the step
while phone is off press vol- insert cable you will fastboot directly
open adb shell anywhere, and start by
1) fastboot erase modemst1
2)fastboot erase modemst2
from the folder you extracted the modem you downloaded for xt1601
right click open adb shell, use this command
3)fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
4) press vol- connect usb phone in fastboot use vol up or down scroll to bp tools press power dont disconnect usb untill phone reboot makesure u install
driver motorola qc diag
5)open sigma qcom interface select the phone from bar, click direct unlock,
6)after unlock flash your gsm modem 1 and 2 open fastboot in each modem file i.e 1 and 2 use this command, fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
7) download RSD lite put phone in fastboot and flash the firmware after flashing you will surelly see networt after 1 or 2 minute ihave unlocked many many perfectly dont forget to preess thanks buttom
