What issues exactly you're dealing with?

Ah thanks for reply..I got mobistel cynus but i cant install my drivers,its not sigma's fault my fault..Cant find com

Try connecting phone according to the manual for Alcatel and ZTE Android Smartphones based on MT6573 / MT6575 / MT6577 /MT6582 / MT6589 CPUs and running Get Unlock Codes operation and after that post results in a current thread.

good morning, I'm trying to repair imei i9500 with invalid imei copy, and read it with the sigma gives me failed, I do not understand why? Help .....

XT389 phone model is not supported for Repair IMEI operation, at the moment.
Currently only Direct Unlock operation is supported for this phone model.
