New update v 1.09.01 bug with Motorola Ex108 - GSM-Forum

Dear Sigma Key Team, the new update have bugs for example Direct Unlock of Motorola Ex108. There is the log

uninstall the last update and try with Sigma key 1.09.00 the last update have errors

@ mansito01,

We have tested double tested unlock solution for the phone models based on MT6235 CPU: EX128, EX115, EX116, EX108. Everything is working correctly. Everything is working properly.

Try performing "Direct Unlock" operation few more times.
Does the error appears constantly?
If yes, read phone backup from the handset and send it along with the log file to support[at]sigmakey.com or upload it to some file sharing web site and PM link for it to me.

That's rare because I tried the same piece of Motorola Ex108 in another pc with v 1.09.00 and Direct unlock works fine

mansito01, you were asked about version 1.09.01

Try unlock to unlock EX108 with that version (1.09.01) once again and post result.
