Alcatel Flint 5054O damaged after flash with SigmaBox - GSM-Forum

I need your help please! My Alcatel Flint 5054O damaged after flash with sigma box. When i push power on button my phone start with Alcatel Logo and later enter in Recovery mode showing error messages with yellow text.
When i connect the cellphone to PC just show in Devices Manager "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008(COM16)" and "Alcatel ADB Interface".

I can't repair with mobile upgrade or another tool because the cellphone don't generate a COM Port like "Android HS-USB Diagnostics AF02 (COM59)"

how can i repair and revive my cellphone?

What firmware this phone originally had?
Was it original or some modified firmware?
Was this phone rooted?
Why did you flash it?

1-I did not save that information to be able to tell you exactly the original firmware I had.

2-My cell phone had the latest stock Cricket firmware. i Download from your support website a file named 5054O-2KRKUS3-R and i flashed it.

3-Yes, this phone was rooted.

4-I flash it because the cellphone showed an error when inserting the sim card that said it had exhausted the attempts to enter the network unlock code, and that the mobile network had been permanently blocked.

I did the successful unlock process with sigma box but I kept showing the same error.

Then I thought that with a flash that error that showed me should be solved.

yes i've try but when do that the cellphone just reboot immediately before showing yellow words saying "wipping data..." and reboot quickly.

We have just double tested flash file for 5054o on a real phone. Everything is fine with the file and with the flasher.

NO, your firmware 5054O-2KRKUS3-R_5.1.1.skf is killing all latest updated phone i have same problem on 2 phones, please give us a solution.
