flashing fine now the server is ok. problem why i cant downgrade?

"Enable downgrade" button is present on the Flash -> HiSi tab

you cant Enable Downgrade while device in fastboot or upgrade Mode....it need Manufacture Mode...[ to do this Device must b Fully ON]

the problem is device wont boot normally now only upgrade or fastboot mode only.

the first problem is after customer update the phne restart and after update the touchscreen wont touch anymore.

so i try to flash but now im stuck in here.

The solution for you would be flashing this phone with the same firmware version using Upgrade mode (NOT fastboot mode)

yeah my last problem i almost downloaded files from support and already have 50gb of firmware and no one can be same of this one.

Don't worry about Huawei original flash files.
Search for your original firmware version there. Direct links from Huawei server.
