Orange Direct Unlock

Hi to all, I have unlocked an Orange Yumo with sigma key, but after unlocking the phone does not recognize any sim card. The strange is that I can acces the mobile network settings in phone menu and search for network manualy. I tried to write the backup made by sigmakey but it says unsupported model if the phone is in bootloader mode and the button is inactive if it is in normal mode. Please I need urgent help. It is a customers phone.

Did you try to Master reset phone?
If no, try and post results here.

Also, please provide us with such information:

1. Post here full log file from the operation you have performed to this phone
2. Upload backup, that was automatically read from the phone, to any filesharing web site and post link for it in a current thread.
3. Sign What network provider phone was locked to

Did you try to perform Master Reset operation and check whether it detect network after that?

As as option you can reflash this phone. Orange Yumo with such firmware version was already successfully unlocked without any issues.

yes i have tried to hard reset but nothing. i don;t have acces to bootloader to download flash files, please share an external link.

what do you mean? did you try to look for hardware issues in this phone?

yes, i've checked the sim card reader, but opticaly it is ok. the stange situation is that i can search and find networks without sim inside.

Orange Yumo with the same firmware version was already successfully unlocked by other users.
In case after Master Reset operation same issue appears more likely phone has some kind of hardware malfunction.

@ AioSim,

For Huawei smartphones Sigma doesn't show unlock codes. It shows Lock Status and a number of available code entry attempts near each type of code.
