According my observations, the situation is as follow:

ORANGE_MD_P752D20V1.0.0B01 - unlockable
ORO_RO_P752D20V1.0.0B02 -unsupported version
SK_SK_P752D20V1.0.0B08 - -not tested version
OSP_ES_P752D20V1.0.0B11 - unlockable
Spain Orange OSP_ES_P752D20V1.0.0B15 - unlockable

In the theory, if you phone has unsupported firmware version 0B02, you may re-flash the device with on of these versions and unlock it afterwards:

0B11
0B15

ORO_RO model

1. Open Sigma, go to the Qualcomm tab.
2. Phone off, hold vol- and vol+ at the same time and connect to PC via USB cable.
3. Select the new ZTE serial port, then press "Direct unlock".
4. Wait until it says "Restarting phone...Done".
5. After inserting a (not Orange) SIM card, wait a few minutes, it might take a while to retrieve the network.
6. Done.
