Please provide us with full details on the current case.
What firmware version/Customization version phone originally had?
What firmware version did you use for the flashing purposes?
Also, post full log files from the operations that were performed to this phone.

Try ERecovery mode (vol+ and power ON)
Select Upgrade via WiFi.

phone dont enter erecovery, no recovery , no upgrade mode.
appareace error mode.. and dont more... only fastboot

P30pro upgrade mode
Try turning the device completely off and then hold volume up and insert USB cable and see if u will get upgrade mode
