ill try direck unlock sucsess again but ill try to insert sim to phone and i turn on the phone

the phone is shot down and the no insert sim card is ok....

What is signed at the screen of the phone when you power it on with not original SIM card?

SigmaKey doesn't affect phone functionality during Direct Unlock/Read Unlock codes operations and can not cause such an issues.
Can you send/sell us this set for the development purposes?

SIR I FOLLOW YOUR PRUCEDURE YOU GIVE TO ME

HERES YOUR PRUCEDURE

Select "MTK" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
Go to "Unlock" tab
Turn the phone off
Connect turned off phone to PC with USB cable
Install drivers for all devices that will appear in the system; reconnect the smartphone

Drivers for Alcatel MTK smartphones
Drivers for ZTE MTK smartphones
Please make sure that you install apropriate Preloader and CDC port drivers for Alcatel and ZTE smartphones, because they are different

Important: use drivers from Sigma Support Area only!
Select Android Gadget VCOM in the ports selection tab
Press "Get Unlock Codes" button
Message "Reading Unlock Codes… OK" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
Disconnect the handset. Remove and reinstall the battery
Turn the phone on with non-original SIM card inserted
Phone's menu will pop-up with unlock code request
Enter the code that was read by Sigma Softw

AND SECCSESSFULLY UNLOCKED PHONE

AND TESTENG INSERT SIM AND FULLY TURN ON THE PHONE THEN IN 2SECONDS PHONE IS SHUTDOWN ANG I SEE THE SIGNAL BEFORE PHONE IS SHUTDOWN...

Read Unlock Codes operation doesn't affect phone functionality at all. It just read codes.
