Member: 1693475 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 12 | I had sigmakey running on two laptops and one PC. On the SAME DAY, it quit working on all three machines. There must be something psychically wrong with the key. I have removed the SIM card and cleaned it, with no improvement. I think the last S-Card f/w update must have corrupted the software on the key. How can we fix this ? Do you do teamviewer ? |

In case smart card could not be detected, try deleting drivers for it and re-connecting SigmaKey, launching SigmaKey at another PC. In case it still can not be detected, nothing can be done about it.
