Dear team of sigmakey, I have this dongle 3 months ago and today I have this error, I just formatted my pc and it shows me the same error, is there any solution for this?

Help me solve this problem please

Please perform following operations:

Locate "logs" folder at your PC
Rar it
Send all of the log files to support[at]sigmakey.com or upload it to any filesharing web site and post link for it here

My Documents->SigmaKey->logs
Rar it
Send all of the log files in a rar archive to support[at]sigmakey.com

In order to be able to check what could go wrong and solve current issue developers need to check all of the log files from operations performed by current SigmaKey.
