No, most likely you need to manually clean the system, I will use the program on another computer

hello: my s-card is detected as blank, v0.15 when I try to update the
firmware the sigma software said: Unsupported client version 3.09,
waiting for the solution thanks in advance log attached here
before was: Sigma Dongle Blank v 0.15 please ensure yoursigma dongle is conected properly

In order to update SigmaKey to the latest version Sigma Software suppose to be used.
Perform following operations:
  1. Download and install latest Sigma Software (v1.40.00)
  2. Run it
  3. Update your SigmaKey
Detailed manual on the update operation available here.

In case any error appears perform following operations:
  1. Locate "logs" folder at your PC
  2. Rar it
  3. Send all of the log files to support[at]sigmakey.com or upload it to any filesharing web site and post link for it here
