What dongle exactly are you trying to update?
How you perform update operation?
PM me please serial number of current dongle.

Dear Users,

New Sigma Software version 1.37.00 has been released.
Please download and use it.
In case "Sigma dongle blank, v 0.15" issue appears, perform following operations:
Locate "Logs" fil folder at your PC
(My Documets->SigmaKey->... by default)

Rar "logs" folder
All of the log files that are placed in the "logs" folder are required

Upload it to any files sharing web site

PM me link for all of the log files
